These terms are between you and Amino Plus Labs LLC of 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110 (“we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not order.

We may change these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it.

Everything sold here is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. None of it is a drug, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic, or a food.

Nothing we sell is approved for human or veterinary use, and none of it may be administered to humans or animals. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are a qualified buyer acquiring these materials for legitimate research, and that you will not resupply them for human consumption.

Information on this site, including the research library, is provided for scientific and educational purposes. It is not medical advice and must not be treated as such.

You are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of the materials safely and lawfully, and for having the facilities and competence to do so.

You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully import and possess what you order where you are. Some of these compounds are restricted in some jurisdictions. We do not give legal advice on your local position.

You must not resell or redistribute anything bought here as suitable for human use, or in packaging or with claims suggesting that it is.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when you submit it or pay.

We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we doubt the stated research use, where stock is unavailable, or where a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.

Prices and availability can change without notice. Listed prices exclude taxes and duties unless stated.

Consumer orders are paid at checkout by the methods offered there. We never see or store your card details.

Institutional and wholesale orders may be quoted and invoiced. Invoice terms are Net 30 from the invoice date unless we agree otherwise in writing. Late amounts may accrue interest at [LATE PAYMENT RATE].

Wholesale and bulk pricing is quoted per deal and is confidential to the quote it appears on.

Products sold as tested ship with a certificate of analysis for the specific lot supplied, naming the testing laboratory and reporting measured purity and identity.

Wholesale material offered on an AS-IS basis ships untested and without a certificate. Where that applies it is stated on the quote, the invoice, and the packing slip. Do not assume a lot has been tested unless the documentation says so.

A certificate describes the lot it names. It is not a warranty of fitness for any particular experiment or purpose.

We dispatch confirmed orders within 24–48 business hours. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. You are responsible for that address being correct and for someone being able to receive the parcel.

You are the importer of record for any international shipment, and you are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance. We are not liable for anything seized by customs.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and because these are research chemicals whose integrity depends on unbroken cold-chain and tamper-evident packaging, we cannot accept back or resell any product that has left our facility.

The one exception is our own error: if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, contact us within [RETURN WINDOW, e.g. 14 DAYS] of delivery with your order number and photographs and we will replace it or refund it. This is a correction of our mistake, not a return, and does not apply to a change of mind or a product you no longer want.

Refunds under that exception are made to the original payment method. A refund of a cryptocurrency payment is made in the same asset at [CRYPTO REFUND BASIS, e.g. THE RATE AT THE TIME OF REFUND], which may differ in fiat value from what you paid.

We warrant that products conform to the specification on their certificate of analysis where one is supplied. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost research, lost data, or lost profit. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use, handling, or onward supply of anything bought here, including any administration of it to a human or animal.

The site, its text, photography, and the research library are ours or our licensors’, and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Compound names used on this site are generic (non-proprietary) names describing the molecule. Any third-party trademark that may exist for a finished pharmaceutical product belongs to its owner, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supplying on behalf of any such owner.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
