How to Pay with Cryptocurrency
We accept payment in cryptocurrency through our secure payment partner, NOWPayments. If you've never bought crypto before, it's a one-time, 10–15 minute setup — here's exactly how it works.
Get a crypto exchange account (skip if you already have one)
Sign up with a reputable exchange or app — Coinbase, Kraken, Cash App, or Binance are common choices. You'll need to verify your identity (a photo ID, usually approved within minutes to a day).
Do this before you plan to order — identity verification can occasionally take longer than expected, and you don't want it holding up a time-sensitive payment.
Prefer not to verify your identity?
It's legal in most places to acquire crypto without ID verification — the same way paying cash is legal — though you're still responsible for your local laws and any tax reporting that applies. A few options, each with trade-offs:
- Bitcoin ATMs. Widely available in most cities; pay cash, no account needed. Purchases under a threshold (commonly $200–$900, varies by state and machine) usually skip ID entirely. Trade-off: fees are much higher than an exchange — often 7–20%.
- Peer-to-peer platforms. Non-custodial services like Bisq (fully decentralized, routed over Tor, no account at all) or Hodl Hodl (non-custodial P2P Bitcoin trading with escrow) connect you directly with another seller. Trade-off: you're trusting the counterparty and using their payment method — use the built-in escrow and start with a small first trade.
- Decentralized exchanges (DEXs). Once you already hold some crypto, a DEX lets you swap coins with just a wallet — no account or ID. They don't solve the initial cash-to-crypto step on their own.
We can't vouch for the reliability of any specific platform — research current reviews and start with a small amount before trusting a new service with more.
Buy cryptocurrency
Fund your account with a bank transfer or debit card, then buy crypto. If you want to avoid price swings, buying a stablecoin like USDC or USDT is the simplest option since it tracks the US dollar 1:1. Bitcoin and Ethereum work too.
Buy slightly more than your order total to cover the small network fee charged when you send it.

Add your items to cart, go to checkout, fill in your details, and select "Pay with Crypto." You'll be redirected to our payment partner's secure page.
Choose your coin and send the payment
On the payment page, pick the cryptocurrency you want to pay with. You'll be shown a wallet address, a QR code, and the exact amount to send — plus a countdown timer, usually around 20 minutes, that locks in the exchange rate.
From your exchange app or wallet:
- Choose Withdraw / Send
- Paste the wallet address shown (or scan the QR code)
- Match the network exactly to what the payment page shows (see the warning below — this is the most common mistake)
- Enter the exact amount shown and confirm
Wait for confirmation
Once you send it, the blockchain needs to confirm the transaction — typically 10–30 minutes depending on the coin and network traffic. You'll receive an order confirmation email, and you can check progress any time on our Order Status page.
⚠ Common mistakes that can lose your funds
- Sending on the wrong network. Many coins (especially USDT and USDC) exist on multiple networks (e.g. Ethereum, Tron, Polygon). Sending on a different network than the one shown on the payment page can permanently lose the funds. Always match the network exactly.
- Sending less than the exact amount. A partial payment won't automatically complete your order. Contact us with your order number if this happens.
- Letting the timer expire. Crypto prices move — if the countdown runs out before you send, just return to checkout to generate a fresh payment page.
- Sending from an unverified exchange account. Withdrawals can be delayed or blocked until your identity verification is fully approved.
Payment went through but your order still shows pending, or something looks wrong?
This guide is provided for convenience. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain — please double-check the address, network, and amount before sending.
